Deposit/Payment

A $50 non-refundable deposit is required upon booking to secure your appointment. This deposit is applied toward your total amount which is due on the day of your procedure. The remaining balance can be paid with cash or debit/credit. All debit/credit charges are subject to sales tax (4.712%).

Cancellations/Rescheduling

All cancellations are non-refundable and will result in the forfeiture of your deposit. Please contact me at least 72 hours prior to your appointment if you need to reschedule. Anything less than 72 hours notice will require a brand new $50 deposit.
If you are rescheduling your appointment, the new date must be within 3 months of your previous appointment date in order to avoid paying a brand new deposit. You are allowed to reschedule up to TWO times. Anything more than that will require the total amount of the service (not remaining balance) to be paid upfront prior to rescheduling. This payment is non-refundable.

Late Arrival/No Call/No Show

If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and you will be considered a no call/no show regardless of notice. You will automatically be charged 50% of the total cost. NO EXCEPTIONS. If you would like to schedule another appointment, the total amount of the service (not remaining balance) will be required prior to booking. This payment is non-refundable.

Photos/Videos

Photos and videos will be taken before and after the procedure and may be posted on my social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) for marketing/advertising purposes.

Guests

No children, pets, or additional guests are allowed in the facility due to hazardous materials and cross contamination.

Touch-Ups

A touch-up/perfecting session is REQUIRED 6-12 weeks after your initial session. You are responsible for scheduling your touch-up appointments. Please note that the price for touch-ups increase as more time passes since your last appointment, so you must schedule your touch-ups accordingly (refer to my available services).
*Touch-up fees are NOT included in your initial session fee.*
